1/2 Marathon Running Group

Join Personal Trainer and Ultra Marathoner, Joe Kelso, once a week for an outdoor running group workout geared to help you run your next ½ marathon. 

Over this 8 week course, you will learn proper running nutrition, hydration, foot wear, warm up and cool down practice, stretching, running form, race day expectations and much more!

The pace of the run will be set and a second personal trainer will assist if the levels of the group participants varies. In order to join this group, you should be able to run three miles comfortably.

Advance registration required. Minimum of 6 participants needed for class to run.  If weather does not permit an outdoor run, indoor training will be offered.  We are also open to forming the running group at other times and  days that work for you.  Please call or email Bonnie McLaughlin with requests.
