The American Red Cross Silicon Valley Chapter is pleased to announce An Evening in Saigon, a special event on Sunday, February 26 at 6:30 p.m. at Three Seasons Restaurant in Palo Alto sponsored by Martell Cognac to benefit the Silicon Valley Chapter’s local disaster relief efforts and emergency services.
In Santa Clara County, American Red Cross volunteers respond to disaster every 68 hours, helping families and neighborhoods recover from tragedy. An Evening in Saigon is an opportunity to enjoy a memorable evening featuring Vietnamese culture, cuisine and entertainment while supporting those in need.
Guests will be brought back to 1945 French Colonial Vietnam with Vietnamese appetizers and desserts, including a specialty Vietnamese dessert “che” station; a showcase of Vietnamese ao dai couture; private palm readings; and live music featuring a special performance by renowned Vietnamese singer Khanh Ha.

Highlights of the evening include a special tasting of Martell cognac paired with fine handmade chocolates from Socola Chocolatier, a cigar bar and a live auction for a hotel stay package, complete with a bottle of the recently released L’Or de Jean Martell. An exclusive pre-function VIP Martell cognac tasting and pairing with Vietnamese cuisine for all sponsors will start at 5:00 p.m.
Tickets are $100, and an exclusive number of VIP tickets are also available for $150. In addition, sponsorship opportunities from $500 to $2500 are available and include recognition for businesses and individuals in the community. All funds raised benefit the American Red Cross Silicon Valley Chapter to help those in need.
