Estate Planning for Young Families

Join us for an informative presentation with lawyer Tish Loeb, a practicing estate planner for over twelve years.

You don’t have to be Bill Gates to need an estate plan. Your estate plan not only directs how your property will be distributed at death, but it also establishes who will make financial and medical decisions upon your death and/or incapacity.  A properly implemented estate plan avoids probate and minimizes taxes where possible.

In addition, you need to make difficult decisions about the nomination of guardians for your minor children and trustees for your estate.  Every family is different, and Tish will help you think about the estate planning decisions you need to make to protect your family.

Tish Loeb, Attorney at Law, has focused exclusively on estate planningsince 1999. After law school, Tish was a member of the estate planning group at Cooley Godward LLP before establishing her own practice in Los Altos. 

Tish was also an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University School of Law (2003 – 2006), where she taught estate planning courses. Tish and her husband have three children and live in Palo Alto.
