Phil Williams Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Aug. 23, at 2 p.m. in the Gunn-SIEPR Bldg., 366 Galvez St.

His legacy includes the historic preservation of the venerable campus and the 1880s campus plan; the quality of landscaped “people places”; and the mentorship of a generation of young campus planners.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his memory to Peninsula Volunteers-Rosener House, 500 Arbor Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025.
