Palo Altans Called 'Landlords from Hell' by SF Tenants
The couple will serve a little more than four years in state prison.
A Palo Alto couple has pleaded guilty to felony charges of residential burglary, stalking and attempted grand theft in San Francisco last week.
According to District Attorney Office, 38-year-old Kip Macy 38 and 37-year-old Nicole Macy terrorized tenants in their SoMA apartments between 2005 and 2007.
By pleading guilty, the Macys reduced their sentence to four year and four months in state prison instead of a possible 16 years, the San Jose Mercury News reported.
