Fiscal Year 2021 Midyear Budget actions were approved. The presentation the Midyear Budget update can be found here. The following actions were taken as part of the Midyear Budget approval: Direct P&S Committee to review rent forgiveness program for qualified City tenants, direct staff to return with documents to waive business registration fee for calendar year 2021, and immediately forgive 3 months of rent for Nonprofit tenants funded by the City Council COVID-19 Contingency Fund.

City Auditor's Office Quarterly Status Report was Accepted and the Audit Plan was Approved, including reviewing Public Safety Building construction, economic recovery advisory, construction controls, and others. Find the presentation with more details on what was included in these reports here.
