Palo Alto RV Dwellers Asked To Move Or Be Towed: Report
The notices from the police led to angry feedback from residents during a city council meeting.

PALO ALTO, CA — Palo Alto's RV dwellers on El Camino Real have been given notices from police asking them to move or risk being towed by Wednesday, according to the Mercury News.
The action led to several comments pushing back against forcing RV dwellers to leave during a pandemic in Monday's council meeting. There are several RVs lined on the busy street next to Stanford University, and residents have told the Mercury News that they've had to play "musical parking spaces" because they've received tow notices.
Neighboring Mountain View recently enacted a voter-approved RV parking ban on narrow streets. In Palo Alto, RV dwellers must move their vehicles every 72 hours on public roads.
