The first day of school in Palo Alto is August 14 for grades 9-12 and August 15 for grades K-8. The Palo Alto Unified School District has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.
The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.
