The summertime tradition of fun in the sun with good food and rides returns this Thursday.

Santa Clara County, CA -- The summertime tradition of fun in the sun with good food and rides returns this Thursday.

This year's theme for the Santa Clara County Fair, which runs for four days, is "Full STEAM Ahead." Fair officials hope to excite young people about science, technology, engineering, arts/agriculture and math with activities in the fields.

One of the first new attractions announced for this year’s Fair is Mind Works. Mind Works! is part wild science and part wizardry and goes way beyond hands-on.
