South Bay Couple Arrested In Connection With Human Trafficking
Law enforcement identified brothels in Milpitas, San Jose and Palo Alto as part of a two-year pimping and pandering investigation.
MILPITAS, CA — A Milpitas couple was arrested after a two-year pimping and pandering investigation by the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.
David Davies, 57, and his wife, 38-year-old Larong Hu, were charged on Wednesday with pimping and pandering and felony conspiracy charges.
According to a news release, the Milpitas Police Department and district attorney’s office identified a brothel in Milpitas. They later located additional brothels and served search warrants in Milpitas, San Jose and Palo Alto. Investigators found six female victims and seized nearly $2 million.

The victims were provided services through an organization for victims of human trafficking, according to the Milpitas Police Department.
Davies and Hu are being held on $350,000 bail.
