Le Cordon Bleu Selling Clam Chowder for Boston Friday
The College of Culinary Arts is making and selling New England clam chowder at their Pasadena restaurant Technique Friday to benefit Boston bombing victims.

New England clam chowder is synonymous with Boston and Friday it will mean giving back as Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts campuses are making the classic dish to help Boston bombing victims.
The chowder will be for sale by the pint or quart this Friday, April 26 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the LCB campus' Technique Restaurant in Pasadena. All proceeds will go to One Fund Boston, a fund set up by the city of Boston that benefits marathon bombing victims.
People will also have the option to purchase a quart of chowder and donate it to Union Station Homeless Services in Pasadena.

The event is part of Le Cordon Bleu's nationwide “Soup in Support” initiative.
