“The motoring public is urged to drive with extra caution; observe all temporary signs and parking restrictions and to obey the directions from public safety personnel on scene,” the City announced. “Bicyclists and pedestrians are also urged to be aware of their surroundings, obey restrictions and to follow instructions from public safety officials.”
Event Safety Reminders
Pasadena’s Police and Fire Departments work closely with other city departments and event producers to develop a comprehensive action plan for large special events, including traffic and crowd control, emergency response and evacuation plans. The public and all event spectators are encouraged to report any suspicious activity to the Police Department or nearby public safety officials at this or any other public event. “If You See Something, Say Something” is the important motto to remember to help keep the Pasadena community safe, every day.
