Fatal Crash Shuts Down 210 Lanes Sunday
A truck driver drifted off the freeway Sunday afternoon.

A truck driver was killed Sunday when he allowed his Kenworth tractor to drift off the a freeway and it went down an embankment into a ditch on the Foothill (210) Freeway near Irwindale.
The crash was on the westbound freeway west of Irwindale Avenue, and it was reported to the CHP at 12:05 p.m. The truck was carrying blue PVC pipes.

A SigAlert was issued at 12:52 p.m closing the right two lanes of the westbound freeway and the Irwindale Avenue offramp for three hours.
