'Odor' on Gold Line Brings Pasadena Firefighters to Memorial Park Station
The southbound Gold Line train was towed by Metro. Firefighters checked out the train earlier, but found nothing.
Reports of an unusual odor led to Pasadena firefighters and other authorities to inspect the southbound Gold Line train at Memorial Park Station Thursday afternoon.
Nothing out of the ordinary was found on the train, but Metro was set to tow it away Thursday afternoon, according to Battalion Chief Mike Maas of the Pasadena Fire Department. Passengers heading to Los Angeles were diverted to the train on the next rail.
