Old Town Storefront with Coolhaus Looking to Become a Shared Marketplace
The ice creamery is also hosting a number of upcoming special events.

There are some interesting things in the works at 59 E. Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena.
Currently the home the new Coolhause ice creamery, the landlords are looking to add more vendors to the space to create a shared marketplace called the Indiana Colony, according to a press relase from Coolhaus.
According to EaterLA:
They're specifically looking for non-kitchen concepts like a juicer (hey, Pressed Juicery), cupcake bakery, cured meats seller, that kind of thing. Plus retailers like TOMS, too. A common walkway will unite the vendors and there's a total of 3,200 square feet on the ground floor plus a basement with 2,200 square feet.
In addition, Coolhaus is hosting a number of fun events coming up:
Weekly Movie Night (select Thursdays until the end of the year; 7-9 p.m.) Here's the schedule:
- Clueless (11/14)
- Home Alone (11/21)
- Zoolander (12/5)
- Nightmare Before Christmas (12/12)
- National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (12/19)
This will be a pop-up holiday shopping event, co-hosted by UniqueLAfeaturing local artisan vendors.
