Weekly Playhouse District Block Party Kicks Off Thursday
Food trucks, live music, wine tasting and crafting are back for a weekly event on El Molino Avenue in Pasadena starting May 2.
The weekly gathering of popular kicks off its third year on Thursday for the Playhouse District Block Party, formerly named Thursday Nights on El Molino.
From 6-11 p.m. every Thursday through October, businesses will stay open later while folks can taste wine at Monopole Wine or in the Pasadena Playhouse courtyard, grab coffee at Zona Rosa Caffe, craft at Little Junebugs, listen to live music and dine at different food trucks.

Food trucks slated for the May 2 kick-off are: Fry Girl, Border Grill, Mandoline Grill, India Jones and Selvedge Dry Goods, Zona Rosa Caffe shared on facebook.
Live performances haven’t been listed yet on Zona Rosa Caffe’s 2013 Thursday night music calendar, but check back for updates.
