Pasadena Police Searching for Man with Dementia

Pasadena police Saturday were looking for a 73-year-old man with dementia who walked away from his care facility.

Manuel Rojas left the facility around 10 p.m. Friday and was last seen in the 1800 block of North Fair Oaks Avenue, police said. Rojas, who suffers from dementia but is still able to communicate, is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 190 pounds with gray hair.

When last seen, he was wearing a red jacket, dark pants and white shoes. He does not have family in the area, police said. Anyone who sees him should call 911 or contact Pasadena police at (626) 744-4241.
