Pasadena Weekend: Watermelon Festival, Fusion Friday, Free Music and Movie

2. The last Fusion Friday of 2013 is happening at Pacific Asia Museum Friday night. For $15 enjoy a DJ, bhangra dance mix and instruction, Chinese Lion dancers, open galleries and more, plus food trucks and beer for an extra amount. See more here on the Patch events calendar.
3. Free Movies in the Park is showing “Life of Pi” Friday at Robinson Park Recreation Center (1081 N. Fair Oaks Ave.) at 7:30 p.m.
4. One Colorado Courtyard’s August Saturday nights continue with music from Lavender Diamond and courtyard dining with Sushi Roku.
5. Levitt Pavilion Pasadena hosts more free outdoor concerts at Memorial Park Friday through Sunday. See the lineup here.
