Police Officers 'Exonerated' of Several Wrongdoing Allegations

The allegations included the beating of suspects and hiding evidence.

A trio of Pasadena Police officers were cleared of six of eight allegations of wrongdoing following an investigation from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, according to a report in the Pasadena Star-News.

The officers, who were not identified, were accused of actions ranging from the beating of suspects to hiding evidence, the Star-News reports. Police Chief Philip Sanchez stated that the allegations against the officers has "tarnished" the reputation of the department.
