POP Serving Pink Soufflé for Breast Cancer Awareness

It’s October, which means it is Breast Cancer Awareness month and pink is seemingly everywhere you look, including food.

To further spread awareness in a creative way, Pasadena’s POP Champagne and Dessert Bar is dedicating Wednesday night’s soufflé. The restaurant offers a different soufflés every day of each month, but Wednesday’s will be a pink velvet soufflé with vanilla anglaise, according to the eatery’s October soufflé calendar on its website.
