Rain, Winds Could Continue Through Tuesday

Thunderstorms could also be in store late Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

After a week that ended in a small heat wave, the weather cooled down significantly Sunday and brought rain for Monday and possibly Tuesday.

“Showers and winds should taper off on Tuesday...but could
linger in the mountains,” the National Weather Service noted.

  • Monday Showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 11am. High near 64. East southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 90%.
  • Monday Night A chance of showers, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 57. South wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
  • Tuesday A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 66. East wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south in the afternoon.
  • Tuesday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 55. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
  • Wednesday Mostly sunny, with a high near 70. Light and variable wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.
  • Wednesday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 57.
  • Thursday Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 75.
  • Thursday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 59.
  • Friday Mostly sunny, with a high near 79.
  • Friday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 62.
  • Saturday Mostly sunny, with a high near 81.
