Mimosas, smoked salmon and a hearty pastry display are all part of the Royce Wood-Fired Steakhouse's recently launched Sunday Market Brunch, which starts at 11 a.m. Sunday morning, according to a release from the Langham Hotel, the home of the steakhouse.
Patrons will be able to see (and chat with) chefs working inside the kitchen at various stations and have their pick of the items including:
- Frittatas and omelets
- Steak and Eggs Benedict
- Cote de Boeuf, carved to order
- Truffled potato cakes
- Bacon and sausage
- Heirloom tomatoes
