Got a Super Bowl party to feed or attend Sunday? Or maybe you’re hoping to nosh on something other than chips for five hours.

Some Pasadena spots are gearing up for the big game by offering specialty foods that also display your football pride. And if you’re not into football, well, all the more reason to distract yourself with fun food while people yell at the TV.

Sugar Fix bakery (63 S. Raymond Ave.) is making festive cupcakes that look like footballs, complete with chocolate frosting and white icing for the laces. Make sure to call ahead and order these specialty sweets. (626) 396-9402.

The Market on Holly (57 E. Holly St.)  is going gourmet with game day classics. Their Super Bowl menu includes espresso BBQ pulled pork with mini brioche buns; spicy buffalo style chicken wings with blue cheese dip; caramelized onion dip; a football-shaped cheeseball; and veggie crudité platter with dill dip.

Bittersweet Treats, has you covered for sweet team rivalry. 

The bakery is serving cookies decorated like a purple #5 Flacco jersey and red jersey cookies with #7 Kaepernick. If you wish to stay neutral, Bittersweet also has cookies shaped and decorated like footballs.
