Today in Pasadena: National Night Out, Day of Service, E-Commerce Class
See what events are happening in Pasadena Tuesday Aug. 6 and share your plans.

1. Tuesday is National Night Out. The Pasadena Police Department will collaborate with community stakeholders to promote police-community partnerships; crime, drug and violence prevention, safety, and neighborhood unity. Kings Villages (1141 N. Fair Oaks Ave.) will host the kick-off celebration beginning promptly at 6 p.m. Participants are encouraged to begin the evening at Kings Villages.
2. Alert: If you see police and fire personnel at Washington Middle School today through Aug. 9 it is part of a training exercise to simulate emergency situations and response.
3. Free community program Block9 continues Tuesday with a day of service to make the community a better place from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at 730 N. Fair Oaks Avenue. See the lineup of activities here.
