Vegan Fans: Pasadena Yard House Adds Plant-Based Burger To Menu

PASADENA, CA — Yard House, a modern eatery known for its eclectic menu, wide array of beers and classic and rock music, this week introduced "The Beyond Burger," a 100-percent, plant-based burger -- with half-price deals for diners at its Los Angeles County locations, including in Pasadena.

Launched in Long Beach in 1996, the restaurant chain is offering the special from Monday, July 8-Thursday, July 11. The Beyond Burger is soy-free, gluten-free and GMO-free, and is grilled and topped with vegan mozzarella, red onion, tomato, arugula and smashed avocado, plus served with pickles and mixed field greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette, according to management.

The half-off pricing also applies to all Yard House burgers, including such signature favorites as the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger and the House Lamb Burger.

Yard House locales in Los Angeles County include: Fashion Center at 9301 Tampa Ave. in Northridge; Downtown Burbank at 100 E. Palm Ave.; Paseo Colorado, 300 East Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena; LA Live, 800 West Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles; The Shoppes at Chino Hills, 13881 Peyton Drive, Chino Hills; along with neighboring Victoria Gardens, 12473 N.
