Fire Breaks Out At Petaluma House For Sale
The home was deemed uninhabitable following an early-morning blaze.
PETALUMA, CA — An unoccupied Petaluma house that was listed for sale burned early Saturday, fire officials said. No one was injured in the blaze, reported about 4:30 a.m. at 107 Galland St., according to a release from the Petaluma Fire Department.
The two-bedroom, single-story home had been on the market but it was deemed uninhabitable by the city building department after the fire.
A cause has not been determined. Damages could exceed $45,000, fire officials said.
