Halloween Freebie: 'Scary Face Pancakes' For Kids At Petaluma IHOP!

BAY AREA, CA – This boo-tiful deal is back!

IHOP Restaurants are offering one free "Scary Face Pancake" to children on Monday, Oct. 31 from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Kids can decorate their pancake with strawberries, whipped topping, Mini Oreo cookies and candy corn.

The offer is for children 12 and younger, one pancake per child and dine-in only.
