Kincade Fire Prompts Changes To Golden Gate Transit Bus Routes
Schedule changes Monday affect both northbound and southbound services from and within Sonoma County.
SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Golden Gate Transit made changes to southbound service in Sonoma County starting Monday as a result of the Kincade Fire. Morning service Routes 72, 72X, 74 and 76 are canceled. Northbound afternoon bus service to Sonoma County will operate as scheduled but only as far north as the Santa Rosa Transit Mall.
Southbound trips on Route 101 will begin at the Rohnert Park Expressway and Commerce Boulevard bus stop. Northbound trips will operate as far north as the Santa Rosa Transit Mall.
Southbound Route 101X trips will begin at the southbound U.S. Highway 101/Rohnert Park Expressway bus pad. Northbound trips will operate as far north at the Santa Rosa Transit Mall.

All morning service on Route 31 between San Rafael and the Larkspur Ferry is canceled.
Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Ferry services are expected to operate regular service. Further changes due to the Kincade Fire and evacuations in Sonoma County will be posted at goldengate.org.
