Petaluma Police Investigating Rollover Crash
Petaluma police are investigating the cause of a one-car rollover accident in which the driver inexplicably swerved into a center median.
PETALUMA, CA — Petaluma police are investigating the cause of a single-vehicle rollover accident on Friday evening.
Police and fire units were called 1300 block of North McDowell Boulevard shortly before 6 p.m. and found a Dodge Dakota on its roof blocking the southbound lanes.
The driver and lone occupant, Jonas Maxie, 22, of Santa Rosa, told police he was driving northbound on North McDowell when the truck inexplicably swerved to the left into the center median and flipped over.

The truck was left with major damage, while Maxie complained of pain but declined medical treatment.
