Sebastopol Police Officer Rescues Fox From Storm Drain

A Sebastopol police officer Sunday morning rescued a fox from a storm drain, police said.

SEBASTOPOL - A Sebastopol police officer Sunday morning rescued a fox from a storm drain, police said. 

A dispatcher received a call at 8:40 a.m. from a person reporting that a fox was trapped in a storm drain on Hayden Avenue. 

Officer Jacques Levesque responded and rescued the fox from the drain and brought it to the police department until Wildlife Rescue could come to get it.
