As part of the City of Pinole Strategic Plan 2020 – 2025, the City will develop an updated Economic Development Strategy and a Communication and Engagement Plan. The City will hire consulting firms to lead the development of these two documents, and has issued requests for proposals (RFPs) to identify the best qualified firms.
