HERCULES, CA — The US Open Tennis tournament is just a few weeks away. If the approach of America's premier tennis tourney has you wanted to brush up on your backstroke, you may need to alter your plans a bit.
The City of Hercules announced today that Refugio Tennis Court 1 will be closed for construction from August 22 to September 16.
Work crews will be constructing a new tennis wall.
