Homicide Suspect Arrested in Richmond Heights Killing, Another Wanted
Contra Costa Sheriff's officials say a missing person case of a 47-year-old woman is now a murder case, one suspect still at large.

RICHMOND, CA- The case of a 47-year-old East Richmond Heights woman who has missing on March 28, is now considered a homicide, after her body was found in El Sobrante Tuesday, according to Contra Costa County officials.
Officials said Thursday that Kimberly Hoglund was reported missing last week under suspicious circumstances. Detectives reportedly search an East Richmond Heights home and discovered a possible crime scene, but did not locate Hoglund.
The next morning, 37-year-old Dylan Reese of El Sobrante was arrested on homicide and assault with a deadly weapon charges, with bail set at $1.3 million.

On Tuesday, the body of Hoglund was reportedly found in a shallow grave on the property.
Detectives say Hoglund was last seen on March 28, 2016 and likely died shortly thereafter. Her family filed a missing persons report on her on April 12, 2016.
The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office filed formal homicide charges against Reese Thursday, and are searching for Andre Villedrouin, 43, of Richmond, has been named as a second suspect in the case.
