Man Accused Of Bringing Concealed, Loaded Gun Into Pinole Bank
The suspect was found to have a loaded Glock semi-automatic pistol concealed on his person, police said.

PINOLE, CA — A man was booked into the Martinez jail Saturday when he brought a concealed, loaded Glock semi-automatic pistol into a Pinole bank, police said.
The Pinole Police Department received a call shortly after 12:45 p.m. Saturday about a man with a gun at Bank of America in the Appian 80 Shopping Center at Appian Drive and Tara Hills Drive.
When officers got to the bank, the suspect was inside waiting to make a deposit.

He was detained without incident and was found to have a loaded Glock semi-automatic pistol concealed on his person, police said.
As a result of the investigation, the suspect, whose name was not disclosed, was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on suspicion of carrying a loaded and concealed firearm in public, police said.

Under California law, it is illegal for a person to carry a concealed gun in public without first obtaining a valid carry concealed weapon license — CCW — from local law enforcement.
