Murder Victim Originally Thought to Have Died of Natural Causes
Lynn Martin, of San Pablo, was killed in 2015, however, her parents say she never made headlines because of delays in autopsy findings.

SAN PABLO, CA- Lynn Marie Martin, 54, was killed in her San Pablo home on Feb. 23, 2015, however, because authorities did not immediately realize her death was a homicide, it never made headlines, according to the Vallejo Times Herald.
The Times Herald reports that Martin's parents, Shirley, 77, and Troy, 80, of Vallejo, want their daughter to be remembered, but her murder never made headlines because there was a delay in explaining her cause of death.
Police originally believed Martin's death was of natural causes, however, the day her family planned to bury her, investigators told them that autopsy showed asphyxiation and they had to postpone the funeral.
