Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Car In San Pablo
Officers and paramedics provided life-saving measures but the man died at the scene, police said.
SAN PABLO, CA — A man was killed late Friday in San Pablo after he was hit by a car on Giant Road, police said Saturday.
The man, whose name was not released, was reportedly struck about 11:15 p.m. by a car headed south in the 2800 block of Giant. Police didn't release information about where the victim was located in the roadway when he was hit.
Officers and paramedics provided life-saving measures but the man died at the scene, police said.

The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with police. Alcohol or drugs are not believed to be a factor in the collision, police said.
