Richmond Police Welcome Veteran Officer as Police Chief
Pinole Police Department sends their congratulations.

RICHMOND- The Richmond Police Department announced Tuesday that 31-year-veteran officer, Allwyn Brown, has been appointed as the permanent police chief.
Chief Brown, 52, is an Oakland-native, and has been serving the community as the interim police chief according to the department’s social media. He is also the first internal chief promotion since 1993.
