Sig-Alert Lifted: I-80 Injury Crash Cleared

PINOLE AND HERCULES, CA — The California Highway Patrol cancelled a sig-alert at 5:37 p.m. on eastbound Interstate Highway 80 in Hercules. An injury accident near Willow Avenue in Hercules was first reported at 4:20.

Traffic backed up for miles as crews worked to clear the vehicles.

It will take some time for traffic to completely clear.
