RICHMOND, CA — Two lanes of westbound I-80 were blocked near the El Portal Drive off-ramp in Richmond because of a 3-vehicle crash, the CHP reports.
As a result, a sig-alert was issued.
The crash is now cleared and the sig-alert was lifted just after 6:45 a.m., but traffic is backed up. Allow extra time for this morning's commute.
