French Bulldogs Stolen From Pinole, Found Safe: Police

PINOLE, CA — Two French Bulldogs believed stolen from a Pinole home have since been found, according to the Pinole Police Department.

Hazy and Cookie went missing between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Tuesday from the side yard of a house in the 3000 block of Hermosa Street, police said.

On Wednesday, police were searching for the dogs and asked for the public's help.

In an update Thursday morning, police said: "We are happy to announce Hazy and Cookie have been located and are safe. We want to thank everyone who assisted in spreading the word."

Police did not provide details about the investigation into the dogs' disappearance.

"The family who chose not to be named are thankful words spread fast on social media and Hazy and Cookie are now back home in Pinole," KRON4 reported.
