PINOLE, CA — Halloween festivities got off to a fast start in Pinole Tuesday morning when Pinole Police officers greeted elementary school children with bags of candy.

It was just the start of an exciting day for the kids who were looking forward to parties and showing off their costumes.

The fun-loving police officers shared photos of their morning adventure on Facebook, along with a reminder for everyone to stay safe while trick-or-treating.
