Thursday Log: Domestic Violence, Traffic Incidents

Shift report from the Hercules Police Department's watch commander for Thursday, June 16.

10:58 a.m.: Driving without a License
An officer stopped a vehicle on I-80 at Highway 4 and cited a 19-year-old Hercules man on suspicion of driving without a license. 

1:15 a.m.: Death Investigation
A resident in the 1000 block of Sanderling Drive reported her 63-year-old mother died sometime during the night. There were no signs of foul play and the death appeared to be due to natural causes, police said. The county Coroner’s Office took custody of the body.

2:09 p.m.: Warrant Arrest
An officer stopped a vehicle in the 800 block of Willow Avenue and arrested a 54-year-old Oakland man for two traffic warrants and on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. He was transported to County Jail and his car was towed.

8:03 p.m.: Non-Injury Collision
Two vehicles collided on Sycamore Avenue at Creekside. 

9:00 p.m.: Driving with a Suspended License
An officer stopped a vehicle in the 3900 block of San Pablo Avenue and cited a 36-year-old Richmond man on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

9:03 p.m.: Domestic Violence
A resident in the 1000 block of Lavender Place reported her 38 year old husband punched her on the head. He was arrested and transported to County Jail.

1:30 a.m. Friday: Domestic Violence
A resident in the 1000 block of Partridge Drive reported her 35 year old husband punched her in the stomach. He was arrested and transported to County Jail.
