A Vallejo woman is making a name for herself as a serial car crash rescuer.
Keenia Williams, 24, pulled a driver out from an overturned vehicle on I-80 in Pinole Wednesday morning, making it the second time in two years she's aided in saving a life.
"I must be a real angel to many people. I don't even really know," Williams told KTVU.
