Wednesday Log: Public Intoxication, Suspended License

11:05 a.m.: Suspended License

An officer stopped a vehicle on Hercules Avenue at O’Neil Circle and cited a 33-year-old Hercules woman on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. 

3:34 a.m.: Public Intoxication

An officer saw an unoccupied vehicle with front-end damage parked on a sidewalk near San Pablo Avenue at Sycamore Avenue. Moments later, a dispatcher indicated the driver, a 44-year-old Pinole man, was at the Pinole Police Department attempting to get a ride home. He said he had been drinking alcohol earlier. The Hercules officer responded to Pinole PD and arrested the man on suspicion of  being drunk in public. His car was towed.
