5 Things: Fishing Fun, Sleepy Stories and Local Jobs

1. The Poway Library has two story times for kids today: one at 10 a.m., and a special evening one at 7 p.m. where story-listeners can come donned in their pajamas! 

2. Fishing fans: did you know that the City of Poway has a weekly fish report for Lake Poway? About 1,200 pounds of catfish added to the lake. Get your day permit and try to make a record catch! (Note: A State of California Fishing License is no longer required to fish at our lake).

3. Patch has taken your feedback (like a shout stream and print options on stories) and put it to use. Check out the newest additions to the re-vamped Patch and feel free to leave your own suggestions for the site.
