Passengers Reportedly Trapped After Route 67 Crash

POWAY, CA -- Passengers were trapped Saturday morning after two cars crashed near Poway. The incident was reported around 10:15 a.m. on state Route 67 near Shady Oaks Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Initial reports on the CHP log said two cars crashed, pushing one car into a tree.

An ambulance was called to the scene.
