A vehicle vandalism spree ends with an arrest, and suspected drunken drivers are detained by deputies on Saturday.
Monday, Aug. 20
A 20-year-old male was arrested for felony receiving known stolen property in the 12700 block of Summerfield Lane.
A commercial burglary was reported in the 12600 block of Mustang Drive. Tools valued at $385 were reported stolen.

Tuesday, Aug. 21
A license plate was reported stolen in the 17700 block of Valle Verde Road.

Wednesday, Aug. 22
A stereo valued at $200 was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 14000 block of Brighton Avenue.
Two males, age 18 and 29, were arrested for felony shoplifting from Walmart on Community Road just before 3 a.m. A computer valued at $250 was recovered.
A subject stop led to the arrest of a 26-year-old male for felony possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Two car windows were reported vandalized in the 12600 block of Robison Boulevard. Damage was estimated at $300 and $800. Two sets of keys were reported stolen from one of the vehicles.
Thursday, Aug. 23
A 23-year-old male was arrested for felony vandalism on El Mar Avenue. Thirteen vehicles were reported vandalized. The suspect was armed with a lethal cutting instrument.Â
Friday, Aug. 24
A 29-year-old female was arrested for DUI at 3:30 a.m. on Espola Road at Avenida Florencia.
A traffic stop led to the arrest of a 21-year-old male for felony possession of a narcotic controlled substance in the 12200 block of Witt Road at 10:45 p.m.
A 27-year-old male was arrested for DUI on Mcferon Road at Pomerado Road.
A 40-year-old female was cited and released for misdemeanor shoplifting from Kohl’s on Gregg Court.
Saturday, Aug. 25
A DUI checkpoint on Poway Road at Oak Knoll Road between 6 p.m. and 1:15 a.m. resulted in two drivers arrested for DUI and one arrested for an active warrant for a previous DUI.
A 22-year-old male was arrested for DUI in the 16700 block of Espola Road at 12:40 a.m.
A 43-year-old male was arrested for DUI on Millards Road at Poway Road at 7:30 p.m.
A 36-year-old male was arrested for DUI on Silver Lake Drive at Poway Road at 2:11 a.m.
Vehicle parts valued at $1,632 were reported stolen from a business in the 14000 block of Kirkham Way.
Monday, Aug. 27
A car valued at $31,000 was reported stolen in the 14600 block of Billy Lane.
Tools valued at $4,026 were reported stolen from vehicle in the 13200 block of Ann O Reeno Lane.
