A power outage affecting almost 300 SDG&amp;E customers in parts of Poway, Rancho Bernardo and Rancho Penasquitos is expected to last until around noon, according to the utility. The outage began Sunday morning at 1:03 a.m., cutting off power to 298 customers in north Poway/Green Valley, Rancho Bernardo/Rancho Penasquitos/San Pasqual and south Poway. The estimated restoration time is 12:19 p.m. Sunday. The cause of the outage is under investigation.
