Recycle Your Household Hazardous Waste

Leftover paint, pesticides, herbicides, solvents, motor oil, anti-freeze, batteries and household cleaners often contain toxic chemicals.

Bring your toxic waste to the Redlands Household Hazardous Waste or another authorized San Bernardino County collection center and you can win a cool free T-shirt for doing the right thing!

Do you have hazardous or toxic waste at home? If you do, make sure to bring it to an official collection center for proper disposal. Products such as leftover paint, pesticides, herbicides, solvents, motor oil, anti-freeze, batteries and household cleaners often contain toxic chemicals that can be dangerous if not disposed of properly so don’t keep them in the house.

The City of Redlands, along with the City of Rialto, have partnered with the San Bernardino County Stormwater Program to encourage residents to properly dispose of household hazardous wastes at the Redlands collection center at the Redlands Corporate Yard, 500 Kansas St. in Redlands every Saturday between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. or the Rialto City Maintenance Yard, 246 S. Willow Ave. in Rialto, on the second and fourth Friday and Saturday of each month, from 8 a.m. to noon.
