Redlands Disaster Council Holds Quarterly Meeting

The meeting is open to the public.

From the City of Redlands: The next meeting of the City of Redlands Disaster Council will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday, April 24, in the Redlands City Council Chambers. The meeting is open to the public.

The quarterly meeting will include presentations by Pam Bertz from the Pacific Southwest Region for HOPE Animal-Assisted Crisis Response and Carrie Cruz from the San Bernardino County Fire Department/Operational Area/Office of Emergency Services. There will also be reports by Ashley Congjuico, of the Department of Public Health, Preparedness and Response Program on a recent Redlands flu clinic and by Redlands Emergency Services Manager Fay Glass on the Community Emergency Response Team and the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan.

The City Disaster Council develops and recommends emergency and mutual aid plans and agreements for consideration and possible adoption by the Redlands City Council. Meetings are held quarterly.
